All products are guaranteed.

We take care that the products purchased in our STRIY online store are covered by a warranty. Therefore, all items in our online store are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, the buyer can return the purchased goods in 2 cases:

  • The product is defective (Article 8). The product has a defect, the product has been used and one of the following factors is present:

– The manufacturer cannot eliminate the defect at all.

– The manufacturer cannot eliminate the defect within 14 days.

– After repair, the product becomes significantly different and ceases to perform any functions.

  • Did not like the product (Article 9):

– The product was not used, that is, it is new and no more than 14 days have passed since the day of purchase, not counting the day of purchase.

– Preserved product appearance, and its consumer properties, preserved all accessories, components, and documentation that are part of the product package, their packaging, seals, and labels are intact.

To return the product, you must have:

  • Product (and all its components, including packaging – box)
  • Receipt.

Terms of warranty service:

  • The warranty is provided for the period in months, which is noted in the warranty card and counted from the moment of purchase.
  • Defects caused by the fault of the manufacturer will be eliminated within two weeks from the day of receipt of the goods.
  • The product submitted for warranty service must be fully assembled and without traces of contamination and use.
  • The product must be delivered to the STRIY office, Ukraine Kyiv, st. Olehivska, 24a/2.
  • The product cannot be returned after 14 days from the date of purchase (with some exceptions).
  • After a detailed inspection of the product, if violations of the warranty conditions are detected, the warranty is canceled.
  • If the product is accompanied by a manufacturer’s warranty, the customer must comply with the conditions specified in it.
  • The basis of the guarantee is a document (warranty coupon and/or cashier’s check) issued at the time of product purchase, certified by the store manager’s signature and company seal. Receiving the product means agreeing to the terms of warranty service. Receipt of the product means the benefit of guaranteed service.

The warranty is canceled by the store in the following cases:

  • the product was used in non-compliance with the requirements of the operating conditions,
  • instructions for use were not followed,
  • the product was modified by the client independently using elements from other manufacturers,
  • as a result of the careless handling of the product,
  • in case of mechanical damage,
  • in the case of repairs by unauthorized persons,
  • in other cases stipulated by the current legislation.

Cash back:

  • When returning money for a product, the settlement with the buyer is based on the value of the product at the time of its purchase.
  • The money is returned to the buyer on the day of the submission of the relevant claim, and in the case of the impossibility of returning the money on this day – at another time agreed by the parties, but no later than within 7 days.

Refunds to the buyer are made as follows: the amount of the refund is equal to the value of the product at the time of purchase. In the case of a cash-on-delivery refund, the buyer pays the cost of the transfer. Refunds are made within 14 days after the refund request is made. The buyer chooses a convenient method of refund:

  • to a bank card;
  • in cash when returning the goods to our office;
  • by money transfer (after payment);
  • to the company’s current account (if the payment was made by a legal entity).

Pay attention! Goods that are not subject to return and exchange, in accordance with the appendix to the Law “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”:

  • feather and down products (down jackets…),
  • gloves,
  • underwear (thermal underwear, T-shirts…),
  • socks,
  • hats.

This list of products is exhaustive. The seller does not have the right to refuse the exchange (return) of a product that is not included in the list, if it meets all the requirements provided for in Art. 9 of the Law (preserved product appearance, labels, seals, present settlement document, etc.).
